Welcome to our classroom review.  We hope to support you in achieving caregiver excellence. Our goal is to create a stress-free learning environment that offers accessible content, experiential activities, and a solid base of knowledge for the quality care you strive to deliver.

We are confident our curriculum will help you meet the educational requirements of your employer. The employer owns the final determination of caregiver competency prior to any caregiver working independently. Though our classes do not convey certifications of any knowledge or skills, each course will include a certificate of attendance—along with the class hours listed as proof of attendance. Testing will be offered as an option to demonstrate to yourself if you’re ready and prepared to provide medically complex care.

Each class listed below includes information on prerequisites. Students are highly encouraged to pay close attention to the requirements for each class before reserving a space. Cost savings are offered when courses are grouped together to complete a full day(s) of attendance.

Annual competencies are offered to nursing agencies and other groups who have had 1+ years of experience in this type of care. Let us take on the annual education needs so your clinical leaders can focus on the value-added tasks of patient/family support, plan of care development, recruitment, and home visits.

Participation & Attendance

Please do not attend a class if you have a fever and/or you are ill. Students are encouraged to use masks during class attendance. Mask use may be required based on Department of Health guidelines. Students will adhere to appropriate conduct that supports an effective and safe learning environment for all students and instructors present in the class.  Any disruption in a positive learning environment could jeopardize class attendance without reimbursement.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 3 business days prior to the start of the class with a 100% reimbursement, up to 48 hours for 50% reimbursement, and no reimbursement for cancellations or no shows of less than or equal to 48 hours. If a student or employer can find a replacement for the paid class, or classes, this is acceptable without incurring extra fees, although the replacement student should be sure to meet the prerequisite requirements for each purchased class.

By booking any of our classes, you agree to all of the policies outlined here. You also agree and understand the employer must determine final competency prior to deploying a caregiver to care for a patient independently. Classes completed at BreatheWell Inspiration do not convey certification or declaration of the student’s readiness to work independently with a client or family member.
